1. Parking on the street opposite the villa (gate for cars is closed).

2. Entrance (when entering by foot via the other gate please close that gate after entering).

3. Exterior lighting will be switched on after sundown.

​

4. Waste (garbage/trash). Check the route from João Jungle to the waste containers (2 min walk, 120m).

5. Local Supermarket Pão d'Assafora III. Check the route from João Jungle to Largo Central (8 min walk, 160m).

​

6. Local Supermarket Pão d'Assafora I. Check the route from João Jungle to Largo Alto do Outeiro 20 (11 min walk, 850m).

7. Swimming pool: opening hours: 9am-10pm.

​

Cushions and towels. At the bar, near the swimming pool, we have cushions and mattresses for the sun beds that you can use for your pleasure and relaxation. Please always put a bath towel on the cushions before use and put the cushions (and mattresses) back carefully after use, so the next guests can also use them with pleasure :)

Swimming pool: attributes. In the small pool house (next to the bar) are the pool attributes stored, such as air mattresses, toys, children's wings, which you may use. Please put them back in the loft after use. Please note: in strong winds, airbeds etc. may be blown away and damaged in the cacti.

8. Our basketball court/playground: opening hours: 10am-6pm.

​

In general agreement, the playing field can be used at all times, as long as other guests are not bothered by noise (as in the case of basketball or other sports).

​

9. BBQ/Wood supply: the BBQ is available for use by our guests. Wood can be supplied by your hosts or bought at the nearby supermarket.

​

10. Wood Fired (Pizza) Oven & OFYR Outdoor Cooking : Available for use by our guests.

​

11. Laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer are available for €5 for small scale personal laundry (not for bedding).

​

12. Cleaning (two- weekly) kindly offered at €45.

​

13. Water use: Please take into account the water shortage in most of Europe like in areas of Portugal.

​

14. Shower: Please use shower with the same idea in mind as above.

​

15. Pets: €20 per pet (€40 per pet for one month).
