Reservation and Payment Policy

The guest will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking and charged the balance payment 30 days before arrival. The guest can cancel up to 30 days before arrival and receive a full refund. There is a free cancellation window 24 hours after booking.

We do not yet require a deposit (guarantor) at check in. However, if any of the contents are broken, you will be kindly asked to pay for it directly in cash at the check-out.

Cancellation Policy

We adhere to the following cancellation policies for short stays (March-October):

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount they paid. If you cancel 14 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

 

We adhere to the following cancellation policies for long-stays (November-February):

1 month (28 days):

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount they paid. If you cancel 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

1 month+:

Depending on the number of months, with regard to a longer stay, an adjusted cancellation policy will apply for each booking
