For winter or spring season, we offer long-stay availability options especially for remote workers to enjoy one of the three roomy ground floor apartments or the smaller studio situated in the garden and around the pool. You can stay comfortably and with perfect wifi connections in one of the apartments with their own private terrace or around the pool during the Portuguese sunny winter and summer time.

FREE WIFI available throughout the premises. Internet speed 320Mbps

Long stay winter pricing are applicable from 1 November to 28 February. During spring, rents will increase by 15% every month (March, April, May).

​

Surely do make use of the pool, BBQ, the OFYR or Wood Fired (pizza) Oven and other garden amenities.

Studio Ocean Drive (36m², max 1 person)

Monthly rent (28 days) Winter season: € 920,- (including gas (for cooking), water and electricity).

Other seasons: upon request.

Our cute cottage studio is fully equipped and suitable for 1 person. With a sunny terrace overlooking the pool and the garden. Work table and chair available. See the photos!

 

Cala Benirrás (50m², max 2 persons)

Monthly rent (28 days) Winter season: € 1250,- (including gas (for cooking), water and electricity).

Other seasons: upon request.

One-bedroom (2019-constructed) apartment with large living and dining/working table and fully outfitted kitchen and bathroom. Private terrace overlooking the garden.

Ziggy Zaza (56m², max 2/3 persons)

Monthly rent (28 days) Winter season: € 1450,- (including gas (for cooking), water and electricity).

Other seasons: upon request.

This apartment has two bedrooms (2019-constructed) and a large living combined with its own private terrace. Perfect for a small working family or partners not sharing their sleeping quarters. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped! Work table and chair available.

Badu’s Jungle (67m², max 2/3 persons)

Monthly rent (28 days) Winter season: € 1350,- (including gas (for cooking), water and electricity).

Other seasons: upon request.

Situated on the ground floor of the main villa with its own private terrace, this is a two-bedroom apartment. Living area with dining table/working area. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Work table and chair available. See the photos!

 

Heating is available at additional costs: €42 per gas bottle.

Laundry facilities are available at additional costs: €5 per washing / €5 per tumble drying. Only for personal, small-scale washing, not for bedding.

The option of extra cleaning is kindly offered at €45.

Pets are allowed at additional costs (€20 per pet, up to one week stay) and only under good terms and conditions.

* We adhere to the following cancellation policies for long-stay:

1 month (28 days):

Travellers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount they paid.

If you cancel 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

1 month+:

Depending on the number of months, with regard to a longer stay, an adjusted cancellation policy will apply for each booking.
